What this policy covers
This policy describes how this website handles information. It is not a description of every trading contract, warehouse, payment or customs process. Those details, where they apply, are set out in the quotation or agreement for a specific shipment.
Information you send through the enquiry form
The form collects your name and email address, the trade direction you select, a description of the product and requirements, quantity, and destination. You may also include company name, telephone or WhatsApp number, origin or supplier location, a target shipment date, a product link, and whether the goods are food or beverage products.
We use these details to review the proposed work and to respond to you. We do not treat submitting the form as consent for unrelated marketing, and this website does not include a newsletter signup.
Language switch draft
If you change language while an unsent enquiry is in the form, this website may keep a short-lived copy of those field values in your browser’s sessionStorage so the text can be restored on the other language page.
